We will ONLY accept returns on item(s) that has been damaged or shipped out due to OUR error. For any other reason for the return, there will be a 20% restock fee.

Any defective or damaged items may be returned for an exchange which we will add to your next order. If we are out of stock of that item(s) then we will issue our customers with store credit. We will no longer be issuing store credit for the shipment of returned items.

Returned packages that are re-shipped will be charged to additional shipping cost.

Memphis Wholesales will not be liable for any item(s) lost or damaged that are in route TO Memphis Wholesales.

We strongly urge that our customers obtain tracking numbers or delivery confirmation on all packages shipped to Memphis Wholesales.
